16 years ago I asked my physiotherapist to recommend someone to help me strengthen my back and core as I was not getting the desired results with her any longer. She did not hesitate to tell me to try Femia, a qualified OT and Pilates instructress. (She shot herself in the foot, as I never needed to go back to her.)
With the guidance of Femia and easy to follow movements, as well as imagery, my pain levels and body tensions have been minimal or completely gone after every session.
